shaking my head

I know I complain about the people I work with ALOT, and Im pretty confident that my complaints are valid.
I also know that I would more than likely end up working with idiots of the same caliber if I were to get another job somewhere else.
But here is the thing, this company has been a part of my life since I was about 3. My mom has been working here THAT long, and since then, I have slept on the break room couch when sent home sick from school, I have in my spare time, did some "QC" work... In fact, the very first check I ever received was from this place when I was in eighth grade. I bought a very expensive pair of British Knights with that check. (only to be told that they were "gangsta" shoes, so I only wore them once). I met my hubby here.
The president has sent my hubby and son on an overnight fishing trip. Just because he knows they enjoy fishing..... They have done some very nice things, that they dont do for all their employees, for my hubby, myself, and even my kids.
I have gotten very personal and very sound advice from the V.P. at a time, when I couldnt get comfort from anywhere else........ so for all the complaining I do...........Im kinda attached to THESE idiots.
I guess you could say that I planted roots back with that first paycheck, and they have been growing deeper and deeper ever since.
This is not the post that I intended on writing.....I was actually supposed to be talking crap about the serial ass kisser who left a stack of rather large boxes in the KITCHEN right where everyone will trip on them...dumbass.... but while starting that post, I ended up with this post........
