um...if that is a quote I'd be confused I think. Because you make them bring up good times??? Every time I think about u what? I think about good times...I think it is a compliment. It just doesn't read well...and in this case intonation could be everything.
in what context was it used? is it a text, facebook, personal message, etc? it is a little confusing, as April said. it has the undertones of a compliment, though. perhaps with a little bit of flirting in there, if given by a male.
